Our printing technologies
How we work and what we do
Preparation
Build volume nesting
- Software-assisted nesting of all parts within the build volume
- Expertise gained from thousands of nesting operations to ensure part quality
CAD Optimization (optional)
- Cost and weight savings through bionic optimization
- Alternatively, e.g., for injection-moldable prototypes
Industrial printing
MJF – Multi Jet Fusion
- Powder-based 3D printing process for high-precision plastic parts
- Processing of fine-grained PA12 or TPU
- Layer thickness: 80 µm – high detail accuracy & density
- Smooth, stone-gray surface with minimal post-processing
- Prototypes, small batches, and production runs of tens of thousands of units per year
- Build volume 380x284x380 [mm]; assembly service available for larger parts
Material Options
Polyamide PA12
- Stable, robust, and gas-, oil-, and water-resistant
- Versatile material, e.g., for impact-resistant parts in automotive and aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, orthopedic applications, electronic enclosures, …
TPU 01 – Ultrasint
- Elastic & durable
- Perfect for shock-absorbing components, bellows, seals, and orthopedic parts

In addition, we offer FDM and SLA printing using materials such as PLA, TPU, PETG, and resins.
Post-processing options
Post-processing options

Sandblasting
- Gentle compaction of the component surface
- More scratch-resistant parts and a slightly smoother feel
Coloring
- Dip-coating process, suitable for both MJF materials (PA12 & TPU)
- 17 standard colors available

Chemical smoothing
- Temporary softening of component surfaces using heat and chemicals
- Surface finish suitable for injection molding
In addition, we can paint the components in the color of your choice.
